Jack Hi kwstas2737, our documentation requires a Windows reset to install Atlas. It sounds like you didn't follow the installation instructions.
ohwalp is it required to reinstall windows???, does it work with reset pc? or needed a fully clean install. also if it removes files from pc, will it remove from other drives? i want to try this but not risk losing files.

In most cases, you can reset Windows in the settings using "Reset this PC" option in the recovery section, but clean installation of Windows is much to be preferred if you don't want to risk possibly having any issues. also if it removes files from pc, will it remove from other drives? No. The Playbook apply does NOT engage disks without a system.
