Hello. I actually love AltasOS to bits and it breaks my heart that I'm considering going back to vanilla after nor knowing what else to try to fix this.
Eveeything works fine since I applied the playbook using AME except networking. My internet connecton, be it wifi or lan, drops every 5 or so minutes, then reconnects itself. This is accompained with the network icon in the notification area changing too, of course. When it happens there are no available connections when clicking on the icon in question, then a few seconds later suddenly there are, and my wifi/lan reconnnects again like nothing had happened.
I initially asked for help in the Windows AME telegram suppoet geoup but the admins replied saying if it doesn't work for me then I have "e-waste tier hardware" and to "stop using the group as my persobal diary" when I was explaining all the things I tried to fix this. At the time it didn't occur to me that Atlas itself had its own forum, I should have come here instead of essentially being laughed at when seeking help.
Anyways, back to the issue. This happens constantly, even if the computer is just sitting there idle. Checking the event log on windows I can see the wlan autoconfig service is the one dropping my connection all the time.
WLAN AutoConfig detected limited connectivity, attempting automatic recovery.
Recovery Type: 4
Error Code: 0x0
Trigger Reason: 1
IP Family: 0
I can give you my pc specs in a bit because I'm on mobile, but I have windows 10 on a t430 with an intel network adapter.
I tried changing the drivers from the ones windows installs, to the ones SDI gives me, to the ones lenovo provides in their support website, it still happens. I think something else is causing this but I have no clue what.
