Go to your start menu and type in "Services" You will see the Services program appear.
You'll notice on the left-hand pane is "Services (Local)" highlighted, if that is the case you're in the right place.
Basically, you'll need to scroll down through the massive list until you find a service literally called "Server" (I just pressed S on my keyboard to automatically scroll down to services beginning with S
Once you find it, Right click on it and click "Properties" Then in "Startup Type" Select Automatic. You can then press "Start" which should just be under that dropdown, and hit "Apply" and "ok"
Restart PC and thats that.
After this, I was able to share a network drive but it wouldn't appear on my other machine I still need to figure out if its an issue with my network.
