Instead of copying the files to the root of your USB, open the "sources" folder and create the following structure
Then paste the Atlas folder and AME Wizard in there. It should look like this:
This will copy the files to the Public User Desktop, which is available to any user account.
Another option would be a unattended.xml, to copy the files from the USB root to the Desktop. This would have one more added benefit, allowing for AME Wizard to be automatically started on first boot. I may do a follow-up on that if I find the time to do so.
